Ring the alarm!! The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is finally here!! The sale goes live for the general public on August 5th, BUT if you're an ‘Icon' Nordy Club Member, it goes live for YOU tonight, 7/9 at 12:01 a.m. ET! This is one of the biggest sitewide sales of the year, giving you the perfect opportunity to stock up on summer essentials, pre-fall trends, accessories, back-to-work items, and fabulous shoes! For my annual tradition, I've scourged Nordstrom's site to find the best deals and must-have pieces, so all you have to do is swipe your card and enjoy. The Nordy Club… Explained

You might be wondering why some Nordstrom customers have early access and others don't. Here's a breakdown of the Nordy Club hierarchy:

Nordy Club Member Levels

Icon: The top tier of the Nordstrom sale. As an Icon member, you must have spent $15,000 at Nordstrom in the past year. Icons enjoy first access starting July 9th at 12:01 a.m. EST and get exclusive perks like free alterations, access to lifestyle workshops, 5 personal double points days, priority access to events, dining and spa experiences, and more.
Ambassador: The second tier. Ambassadors have spent at least $5,000 at Nordstrom in the past year. They get access starting July 10th and enjoy benefits like free basic alterations, first-to-shop access, 4 personal double points days, lifestyle workshops, and invite-only events.
Influencer: The third tier. Influencers have spent at least $500 at Nordstrom in the past year. They can start shopping July 11th and enjoy perks like free basic alterations, first-to-shop access, 3 personal double points days, lifestyle workshops, and priority access to fashion events.
Member: The first three tiers above are for Nordstrom cardholders. However, to become a member, you do not need a Nordstrom card, but you do need an account (hint: Nordstrom member accounts are free!). Members can access free basic alterations, first-to-shop access, and lifestyle workshops. This is access for the public. Members and everyone else from the public may shop from July 15th to August 4th.

*If you're worried that my top picks will be gone by the time your status gains access, don't fret! You can totally save your favorite pieces on your personal Nordstrom wishlist – you never know, it may still be available when you get access. And in the meantime, I'll update my recommendations daily as each tier gets access to offer you the most current style guides for your wardrobe.

Why the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is a Big Deal

The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is special because some brands and categories only go on sale once or twice a year. If you've been eyeing a piece, now's your chance to grab it at a discounted price. Remember, prices go back up on August 5th. Plus, Nordstrom has an incredible return policy. As long as the item isn't marked as a ‘final sale,' you can return it for any reason.
