- Icon Early Access: July 14–17
- Icons are the first to shop the sale. Status is earned with a $15,000+ annual spend on a Nordstrom card.

- Public Access: July 18–August 9
- The sale opens to everyone! No Nordstrom card is required once Public Access begins.
Why the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Is Different
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is different from a traditional clearance event because it features new-season merchandise at limited-time sale prices.
Instead of only discounting pieces from the season that is ending, Nordstrom marks down fresh arrivals for fall, work, travel, beauty, and everyday life before returning them to regular price after the sale.
It is an especially smart time to shop for:
