Roxanne Carne

Founder & CEO

Roxanne Carne is a Hollywood-trained Personal Stylist based in Dallas/Fort Worth, with roots in New York City, and a heart for transforming women’s wardrobes and their lives.

With over 15 years of Corporate HR & Talent Acquisition experience in government contracting and technology, Roxanne understands the profound impact of personal image on one’s success.

Her journey into personal styling began with a deep-seated “passion for fashion” cultivated during her upbringing in the bustling streets of New York City. After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia, Roxanne embarked on a successful career in Human Resources. Here, she witnessed firsthand the importance of personal image in leadership and career advancement.

Inspired by this realization, Roxanne pursued formal training at the School of Style in Los Angeles, where she honed her skills under the guidance of celebrity stylists. She became certified in Personal, Fashion, and Menswear Styling and crafted a signature styling process that has since guided the transformational journeys of countless phenomenal women.

Since founding her personal styling firm in 2013, Roxanne has seamlessly blended her expertise in HR with her passion for fashion. She partners with clients to build a vision of their best selves, curating the finest apparel tailored to their goals and lifestyles.

Roxanne creates fully functional and stylish wardrobes that empower her clients to succeed confidently.
